Hi, I’m Bcbee, woman, mother, wife, friend, sister, teacher,  coach, education practitioner, lover of the Almighty Creator of Heaven and Earth, the only GOD!.

Some people know me as simply Bc. An education consultant. Bsc, MBA, PGCE, PGD(MS), NNEB.

I believe in my country Nigeria, an ardent patriot, die hard believer in the project NAIJA!

Raised from a humble background, struggled to get to where I am today without the help of influential parents (I have none); no wealthy husband (we are hustlers, still hustling…) but as any other regular Naija babe. I am well endowed with raw talents, coping instincts, pragmatic tendencies and street swagger (LOL). This I have used to an advantage. The story of my life is worth sharing as I believe it will spur all onto greater achievements.

My amiable aburo Deji, Coach of the Titans, encouraged me to start a blog! Oops!! alot of work. He is my  able coach in learning to blog!!! Thanks sweetie.

MY MESSAGE

I preach a Better Naija,  and by the Grace of the Lord I am the founder of the NIgeria Beckons,  a new Religion! a voice of hope to Nigerians, for Nigerians by Nigerians!!.

Welcome to my blog and enjoy!!!

A Legacy of Resilience and Compassion

The story of my leadership and passion for giving back is rooted in a foundation of resilience. I have overcome significant personal challenges, including child abuse and mental health struggles, and these experiences have shaped me into a deeply empathetic leader. I understand that true strength is not measured by the absence of struggle but by the ability to rise from it.
My professional and philanthropic work is a direct extension of this philosophy. I am a committed trustee for various charities and a dedicated volunteer in initiatives focused on education, health, community development, and leadership. My work includes sponsoring dozens of young Nigerians through higher education, opening doors to a future they might not have otherwise had.

Succession Planning and a Mother’s Pride

My passion for succession planning is driven by a desire to build a sustainable future for Nigeria. As the proud mother of two professionals, I have seen firsthand how nurturing potential can lead to remarkable success. I believe in creating pathways for the next generation to thrive and lead, ensuring that our collective progress endures.

My journey has taught me the importance of leveraging personal experience to create a positive impact. I am dedicated to using my story to foster hope, cultivate resilience, and give back to the Nigerian society that has given me so much.
